Spiking Activity Not Showing in Version 3.1.0

From post: Spike Activity not showing on Spike Graph

I started Nengo today (Nov 18, 2020), and installed Nengo version 3.1.0.

I get this problem where spiking activity does not display on the graph.

For now, to see the spiking activity, I reverted back to Nengo version 3.0.0.
