I am trying to implement evolving spiking neural network using Rank order coding using Nengo. I could not find any posts related to the particular topic.
Could anybody please let me if there are examples related to implementing rank order coding using Nengo. Or can anyone tell me if it is possible to implement the said algorithm ?
I am a newbie to SNN and any help would be appreciated.
