Nengo GUI does not display correctly

Hi Nengo GUI experts,

I am using Windows 10, Chrome browser and nengo-gui 0.4.4.dev0. I am able to run nengo on the anaconda environment smoothly and have no issues.
However, when I ran the nengo gui, the GUI sometimes worked smoothly but sometimes the simulator did not display correctly such as missing the neurons, missing python code editor, could not open new .py code, missing the run button … Every time having this trouble I tried to refresh the browsers sometimes it worked sometimes the laptop was crashed, frozen, then rebooted. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the Nengo GUI couple times but it does not help. Do you have any ideas?

Hi @chinhnguyen, that sounds quite strange. The next time it happens, could you capture a screenshot and post it here? That will help us try to debug the issue. Do you happen to have any Chrome browser extensions running that affect all pages?
