Suppose we have a network set up to run at a timestep of 0.0001.
I understand that we can set up the timestep when building a Simulator.
But what about visualizing it in nengo_gui? Is it possible to change the timestep there?

Unfortunately it is not yet possible but there is an open issue for it; please feel free to add a comment to that issue or 
it to help us prioritize what to work on!
