Is there a example (and access to it) of Paul Thagard’s POEM model implemented in Nengo. I’m assuming many of the brain regions active in emotional responses are not in the Nengo API so this may be a non-starter but POEM has been described as an implementation of the SPA. I just haven’t seen any python code that would implement it.
