I’m currently new to studying memristors and I’m currently working on validating the reciprocity of chalcogenide-based memristors using MATLAB. Specifically, I have developed a MATLAB code for the voltage-based chalcogenide model with Von and Voff values set to 0.27. Additionally, I have initialized the parameters as follows: Roff = 1500, Ron = 500, and Rinit = 500.
Now, as I move forward with testing the reciprocity for memristors, and I’m facing a challenge in setting the initial parameters for the current-based chalcogenide model. It is crucial to ensure that the initial conditions of both networks/circuits are the same. Unfortunately, I am uncertain about how to determine the appropriate initial parameters for the current-based chalcogenide model.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance on this matter.
