So if I want the J_{th} JthJ_{th} to be not 1 but within some other range let suppose from 0 to 0.5 V. is this possible?

If you wanted to modify the J_{th} value, you’ll probably need to create and use a custom neuron type. This forum post should give you an idea of how to add a custom neuron to NengoDL.
