Code for: Biologically-Based Computation: How Neural Details and Dynamics Are Suited for Implementing a Variety of Algorithms

Hello, I read this paper Biologically-Based Computation: How Neural Details and Dynamics Are Suited for Implementing a Variety of Algorithms a few days ago and it looks extreamly interesting! It also mentions that the code was publish in this repo: https://github.com/ctn-waterloo/brain_sciences_biological_computation_2022

But apparently is now private or has been deleted. Is there somewhere else where I can see the implementation of this paper? I saw a few repos out there that use som parts of what is mentioned in that paper like:

If this code is still publicly available, where can it be found? @yaffa @astoecke @celiasmith

Hello. I glad that you liked the paper!

Sorry about the repository, it should have been set to public. It should be viewable now. If you have any questions about the paper, the code, or results, please send me a message or post here and I’ll try to help!

Cheers,
Nicole
